Westchester County Airport
240 Airport Road, Suite 202
White Plains, New York 10604
Westchester County Airport in the town of Harrison is nine miles east of the central business district of White Plains, New York. The airport serves all of Westchester County, as well as Fairfield County, Connecticut. It also serves the New York metropolitan area, as it is located approximately 33 miles north of Manhattan. Travelers who wish to avoid the congestion of the other New York City airports use Westchester County Airport.
Westchester County Airport was built at the end of World War II to serve as a home to highly trained Air National Guard unit to protect New York City.
